The Future is now - Challenges to Labour and Social Security Law

The Swiss Section of the ISLSSL was holding its third scientific conference to accompany the annual General Assembly on March 17th, 2023. The omnipresent crises – war, energy, climate, pandemic – are preoccupying politics and the public and also have an impact on labour and social security law. In the context of this conference, we wanted to address some central challenges to the design of labour and social security law, detached from the urgency of immediate solutions.
